Fees

Conference registration is opened since January 14, 2014

The fees for the conference are:

•   590 €  for delegates
•   350 €  for presenting authors or university staff
•   200 €  for retired delegates
•   150 €  for students (no banquet, no printed proceedings)
•    plus  180 €  for each tutorial (requires a conference registration)

Payment of the registration includes VAT, admission to all the sessions, one set of colour printed and electronic proceedings, coffee breaks, lunches, conference banquet on Wednesday evening and tutorials notes if applicable.

A 10 % reduction will apply to all fees, providing the registration is paid in advance by March 1, 2014.

A 100 € administrative fee will be levied against all cancelled registrations and no refund will be paid back for registrations cancelled after March 10, 2014.

Please be aware that there is a limited number of  seats for the tutorials.
